It feels weird trying to write after such a long time away fom this spot.

I don’t have time nor do you want to read every last detail.
Where do I begin?
Well, I love pictures, so I’ll share a few. Few being the key word, since I didn’t take many pictures on our little weekend getaway to Cedar Key, FL. We travelled southwest to the Gulf Coast for a weekend with friends. Our friends live in South Florida and since we moved from that area 4 years ago we’ve managed to see them at least once a year. It’s great because their girls’ and our boys’ are the same age and they get along so well. They have lots in common, high energy, they like to be silly and they love to swim and ride bikes.
I don’t know how much I will be posting this summer, it just seems like the time to take a break from writing put on some sunscreen and lounge by the pool with a book when the baby is napping. I’m sure I’ll pop in from time to time, so check back and there might be something new! Until then happy summer!
