Spring blueberries from Aunt Leslee’s new Farm, Kellerosa! We’ve already made pancakes, muffins and a blueberry pineapple upside-down cake with these fresh blueberries. I also found a recipe for a blueberry compote to go on top of french toast. I think we’ll have that for Saturday breakfast – Yummy!

my mouth is watering!!! no blueberries here unless you wanna pay an arm and a leg or frozen (and still pay an arm and a leg!). happy blueberry pickin on Kellerosa…what a fun name!!!
You HAVE to make our favorite, Blueberry Buckle. I know you can find a recipe on line. It is basically a crumb-topped blueberry coffee-cake and it isn’t quite summer till I make it. I’d like the recipe for blueberry pineapple upside-down cake please.
Love, Aunt ruth
It just doesn’t get fresher than that! Great photos!
ok, I just have to tell you that last week after I read this post, I had a dream that I was going to make the boys and I blueberry pancakes for breakfast. and then I woke up but I forgot I was dreaming and was mentally preparing for making the blueberry pancakes and then reality hit and I realized I couldn’t!!! Crazy! I hope they’re good.
and go Ian for reading to your caterpillar…he’ll be the most educated caterpillar in the universe!
we love you all and miss you too.
