Can you believe this little cutie is 10 months old today? Me neither. These days are passing way too fast and I’m just an innocent bystander watching it all go by. Watching my little ones grow up is bitter sweet. Some days I long for the time when they can all get dressed, make their own breakfast, tie their own shoes and wipe, you know what I mean. I know I’m going to miss these “carefree” days, when they are little and sweet. This blog will help me remember these times and I’m thankful for it. Goodnees, I got all sentimental.

On the 31st, the babes dressed up and we went to the Family Fun Fest in town and played games and accpeted candy from strangers, well we knew some of them. The boys bounced in houses and Erin rode along in the backpack and took in all the excitement while pretending to be being the cutest bunny ever! The costumes were handmade, recycled from the dress up closet and store bought. The bunny ears were from a baby blanket that I cut up and reworked into a headband with pipecleaners in the ears. Sean raided the dress up closet for his pirate costume. Ian wanted to be a ninja, so I went for a store bought costume, but had to cut it up because he’s just too tall for a size 4-6 jumpsuit. I also had to make a belt, because when you go to the store the day of Halloween, there just isn’t the best selection and the inventory has been rifled through a few too many times and things go missing, like belts off ninja costumes.
No progress on any gifts for new babies let alone Christmas yet. I’m hoping to get going next week on some things. We’ve been busy entertaining and this weekend Jay’s brother is staying with us all the way from Thailand, so the sewing room will be occupied.
I’ll probably be absent from the blog for a bit, but I’ll check back next week if there’s time.

Oma could just eat them up!!
Ian, Sean and Erin,
I like your costumes. Halloween sounds like a lot of fun. I want to come and fight swords with you.
Love, your cousin,
PJ
GREAT costumes guys (and Erin!). I can’t believe she is 10 months already, which by the way, she is SO adorable! Give them all hugs from us.
Too Sweet! I cannot believe how they have grown. I must agree, cutest bunny ever! Fabulous costumes.
