Out with the old, in with the new

After many hours of manipulating a very large piece of equipment, the stumps were no longer.  Jay was able to grind down about half of the stumps in the area we are clearing for the spring garden on Saturday.  It was a lot more work than he expected, but with some help from a friend the job got done.  The weather was perfect, crisp cool fall-like weather, in February mind you.  The boys enjoyed the new holes that were left behind once the stumps were removed.  Now we just have to bring in the organic material to prepare the ground for growing!
